Eddie Leon is the Founder and Director of The Better Broker with over 15 years of experience in banking, including Premium, Business and Private Bank with ANZ and Bank of Melbourne. A sought-after finance strategist amongst high-value clients, Eddie’s tested and proven experience allows him to confidently assist his clients in navigating the complexities associated with residential, business and commercial lending.
Throughout his banking career, Eddie purposely sought out “diversity” with all clients he has engaged and supported over the years. An approach by association exposed him to a vast number of different clients’ lending scenarios and requirements. This sound experience enables him to now service and supports a large and diverse range of clients from around Australia – a point of difference he now brings to The Better Broker.
Eddie loves spending time with his wife and two young sons. He also enjoys playing soccer with his sons and travelling the great outdoors. Peruvian-born, he is proud to call Australia home and has enthusiastically embraced life as a Melburnian.

A colleague introduced me to Eddie approximately 10 years ago when I was in the market to purchase my current family home.
